Role: AI Engineer (AI & Automation)

Role Purpose
The AI Engineer is an application-layer specialist responsible for systematically embedding Artificial Intelligence—specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic Frameworks—into the core operational fabric of the organization. Unlike a researcher, this role focuses on automating as much work as possible, using AI to build software that automates the engineering process itself.
Key Responsibilities
Automated Workflow Design: Develop and deploy end-to-end autonomous agents that can execute multi-step business processes (e.g., automated recruitment screening, financial reconciliation, or customer support triaging).
LLM Orchestration & RAG: Architect and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, ensuring models are grounded in factual company data with minimal hallucination.
