AI Engineer – Real-Time Voice & Infrastructure

Call Dash is building a real-time AI voice platform that powers production workloads for global enterprises. We orchestrate LLMs, speech tech, and real-time streaming infra to run thousands of simultaneous, latency-sensitive conversations.
We’re looking for an AI Engineer who is comfortable across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong bias toward real-time, event-driven systems.
What you’ll work on
Design and build core backend services in Python for our real-time voice AI platform
Own data models and multi-tenant Saa S schemas in Postgre SQL
Build and evolve our React + Type Script frontend for complex, real-time dashboards
Ship streaming, low-latency user experiences (live call views, metrics, state updates)
Integrate and optimize AI/speech APIs (LLMs, STT, TTS, etc.) for cost and latency
Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes (Azure/AWS) with solid CI/...
