Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can design and build internal AI-powered tools and automation systems from scratch. This person should understand modern AI workflows, vibe coding with AI coding assistants, and how to turn ideas into production-ready software.
You will work closely with leadership to build custom in-house systems using AI models, automation tools, and modern development frameworks.
This is not a research role. This is a builder role.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build internal AI-powered tools and automation systems
Use AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar assistants to accelerate development
Architect scalable backend systems and APIs
Build full-stack applications (frontend + backend) where needed
Integrate LLMs into real-world workflows (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Build automation pipelines using tools like n8n, Zapier, or custom workflows
Develop cloud-based applications using AWS, GCP, or simi...
