The Hershey Company is seeking an AI Business Analyst to drive the enterprise adoption of Generative AI, M365 Copilot, and AI-driven analytics. You will be a front-line enablement resource helping business users leverage AI to accelerate insights and productivity.

You will support AI tooling across Power BI, Copilot, and automation workflows, build simple agents and prompts, and document best practices to scale AI usage across the organization.
