Job Description

This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire role and a 100% Work from Office position (Hyderabad) - India Shift


Role Expectations:

  • Manage 3-5 active IT roles at a time
  • Deliver relevant candidate submissions within 48 hours
  • Achieve minimum 2+ placements per month
  • Build and engage talent pipelines proactively (not just post jobs to job boards)
  • Use AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and efficiency
  • Comfortable with ATS, Automation & Workflows


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6 + years of IT recruitment experience
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, networking, passive outreach)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with no supervision
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Adaptable to changing hiring requirements
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools for recruiting
