Greenstep is seeking a hands-on leader to design and run our signal-to-pipeline engine. You decide what we track, how raw signals become qualified accounts, and how those accounts reach Sales, with a strong technical team and data partners behind you.

In practice, you hunt signals, turn them into tailored leads, and hold Sales accountable for progress. This internal role in Finland uses AI and automation to test hooks and improve GTM impact.
