Job Overview

We’re looking for a senior AI and Quality Engineering expert to lead the transformation of the QA function for Génération Expert, Sage’s French accounting platform serving a large and demanding community of chartered accountants. This is a complex, highly regulated product operating at the intersection of tax law, accounting standards, and professional practice: quality isn’t just a technical concern – it is a business‑critical one.

This is a founding, senior individual‑contributor role with no direct reports. Your impact will come from expertise, influence across Product, Engineering and QA teams, and the ability to embed AI‑driven quality practices at scale.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Barcelona office.
