UBS is seeking a Product Manager to evolve product management within the Capability Building Center of Excellence for Group Human Resources & Corporate Services. You will set standards, drive AI-driven capabilities, and enable cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable impact at scale.

You bring 8+ years in applied product management, governance expertise, and the ability to lead without formal authority. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
