Job Description

Coupa seeks a Sr. Associate Knowledge Manager to steward enterprise knowledge systems and enable AI-first analytics. You will transform messy content into pristine, machine-readable data, enforce metadata standards, and prevent AI hallucinations across Confluence, Highspot, and related repositories.

You’ll build a single source of truth, archive outdated content, and partner with Data/AI teams to ensure content quality and rapid, accurate knowledge retrieval for frontline operations.
