Job Description

Kaseya Limited is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Colombia to deliver hands-on technical assistance for end users, manage devices with Intune, and administer Microsoft 365. You will partner with the IT Service Desk to resolve issues efficiently and participate in continuous improvement of IT processes.

The role requires hardware troubleshooting, operating system knowledge (Windows/macOS), and strong customer communication.
