Adaptive is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary advocate, technical partner, and growth driver for customers from Day 1. Youll own onboarding, drive adoption, and expand accounts by adding AI agents, collaborating with the team, and guiding integrations to PM/ERP systems.
