Datacom in Auckland is seeking a technically minded Business Analyst to join the Datascape team. You will turn product ideas, customer processes, and technical details into clear, ready-to-build specifications and work closely with Product, Engineering, QA and Professional Services.

You’ll drive requirements from process mapping to acceptance criteria, with a focus on AI-assisted delivery and practical delivery improvements.
