Solita Oy seeks an AI Agile Coach to help teams and organizations transform by blending agile practices with AI for improved daily work. The role involves coaching teams and management in agile and lean principles, facilitating workshops, and driving change adoption.

You may act as Scrum Master or project lead, collaborating with product owners and project managers. Work is primarily in Helsinki and Tampere.
