Job Description

Headswap, a Zurich-based consultancy, helps Swiss SMEs leverage AI and automation to run their businesses smarter. You will own real client relationships from day one, speak with business owners, translate problems into designs, and work with our Solution Architect to prototype and implement solutions.

In this role you will coordinate projects, manage scope and timelines, and help grow the business by promoting upsells and new engagements.
