Role Overview

We require a vendor resource for the role of AI DevOps Engineer responsible for L2/L3 application support and AI‑driven automation across enterprise systems running on Linux, Java, Oracle DB, and WebLogic. The role demands proven, hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI to drive intelligent automation, operational efficiency, and proactive incident management.

Scope of Work

Provide production support (24x7 model as required) for critical applications.

Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability.

Implement Agentic AI–based automation to reduce manual effort.

Deliver continuous improvement with measurable business outcomes.
