Responsibilities:

  • Develop conversational AI using Dialogflow CX / CCAI.

  • Build and tune NLP models, intents, and flows.

  • Integrate CES with enterprise systems via APIs.

  • Implement AI services on GCP (Cloud Functions/Run, Pub/Sub).

  • Monitor and optimize AI performance and conversation analytics.


Required Skills:


  • Hands-on Google CES / CCAI, Dialogflow CX.

  • Python or JavaScript.

  • GCP and REST API integrations.

  • Conversational AI / NLP fundamentals.


Nice to Have:


  • Vertex AI / GenAI exposure.

  • Contact center or telecom experience.

  • Google Cloud certification.
