This is not a generic AI document summarization tool.
The platform will:
• Analyze HOA governing documents
• Extract structured financial and legal indicators
• Apply a weighted risk scoring model
• Produce a clean dashboard and downloadable report
• Support Stripe-based payments
The core differentiator is structured risk scoring + localized benchmarking — not simple clause extraction.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
