Job Responsibilities

1. AI Application Development

  • Design and develop AI applications and intelligent agents to support business scenarios such as aftersales, procurement, supply chain, operations, and customer service.
  • Build conversational bots, KPI query assistants, ETA query bots, and workflow-driven AI tools using LLMs.
  • Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, workflow orchestration, and model integration using platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, etc.

    • 2. Data Processing & Integration

  • Work with the data team to understand business data models, databases, APIs, and data structures.
  • Develop data processing scripts and pipelines for data preparation, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
  • Build reusable data assets that support AI applications and business KPI computation.
