Our client is looking for a hands-on IT deployment technician to provide onsite, white-glove support helping employees install the Claude desktop app and configure it within Microsoft Edge, the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and other tools.
POSITION: AI DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT TECH
LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DALLAS
DURATION: 2 MONTHS
RATE: $35 - $38
Responsibilities:
+ Install and configure the Claude desktop application on employee laptops running Windows and macOS.
+ Set up and configure Claude integration within Microsoft Edge for each employee.
+ Configure Claude connections/integrations with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and other business applications.
+ Deliver in-person, at-desk setup sessions, walking employees of varying technical skill levels through installation and first use.
