Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous humanoid robots. We are seeking an AI Data Operations Lead to drive data collection for humanoid robots, owning acquisition, activation, and retention strategies and coordinating across engineering, product, and operations.

The role requires 4+ years in related operations, comfort with AI coding tools, and strong cross-cultural communication. This is an in-office role based in Mexico City with full-time responsibilities.
