JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an AI Proof of Concept (PoC) Lead to accelerate AI adoption across our portfolio of 11 business units. This role is responsible for identifying high-impact AI opportunities, rapidly designing and delivering proof of concepts, and handing off validated solutions to operational teams for scaling and implementation.

The PoCs may be built by internal data teams, IT, external vendors, or engineering partners. This role ensures the right problems are solved, success criteria are defined, and validated solutions are transitioned into implementation.

The ideal candidate combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on AI experimentation to turn ambiguity into tested solutions.
