Role: AI+Backend Developer

If you're excited about startups, enjoy building things that actually ship, and want hands-on industry experience, this role is for you.

This is not a demo-only or research role. You'll work on real AI-powered legal tech systems used in production, alongside a small, focused team.

What will you be working on

• Building backend services using Node.js / Python
• Integrating and deploying custom & open-source AI models
• Designing simple, clean REST APIs for frontend use
• Working with PostgreSQL & MongoDB Atlas
• Improving AI response times and system performance
• Learning how production-grade, secure systems are actually shipped
