The mandate of this role is to unlock the full value of this debt recovery platform by embedding AI-enabled automation and real-time reporting capabilities. To transform the Debt Collection & Recovery reporting function from a reactive, spreadsheet-based monthly reporting model to a real-time, AI-driven self-service insight environment. This role is not about maintaining reporting it is about fundamentally redesigning how operational performance is measured, accessed, and used to drive recovery outcomes.
