Job Description
We are looking for a senior-level developer who has meaningfully integrated AI-assisted development tools into their daily workflow. This is not a role where AI experience is a nice to have. We want someone who can demonstrate that tools like Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic coding assistants have materially accelerated their ability to understand, refactor, and rebuild complex codebases.
Phase 1: Codebase Audit
You will be given partial access (under NDA) to our existing server-rendered .NET/C# web application backed by SQL Server. Your deliverable will be a structured assessment covering architecture, code quality, data layer design, and a prioritised modernisation roadmap.
Phase 2: Rebuild
Based on the audit findings and our mutual agreement on scope, you will lead the rebuild using a modern stack: React or on the frontend, Python on the backend, with appropriate database migration planning from SQL Server.
