AI Architect

Role Description

Manitoba is seeking an AI Solution Architect to partner with business areas to identify, design, and deliver impactful artificial intelligence, automation, and agent-based solutions. The successful candidate will work directly with business users to understand operational needs, document requirements in plain language, and determine where AI can realistically improve service delivery, reduce manual effort, or support better decision-making.

This role spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial discovery and prototyping to testing, deployment, and final hand-off. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience translating business problems into functional AI-enabled solutions, primarily utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio , intelligent agents, and related Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities.
