As an AI Adoption Coach, you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices and helping them reach their full potential. Your role will focus on personalised coaching, supporting apprentices across multiple businesses to become the next generation of business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.
• Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.
• Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice.
• Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction.
