About the role
+ Participate and collaborate in day-to-day business to develop the portfolio of Life Individual DM and Life Individual Non-DM with the underwriting process by ensuring it complies with the goals and objectives of production and profitability. Professionals with abilities towards proactivity, engagement and commitment are preferred.
+ Underwriting: awareness of risk analysis and pricing which includes rate building, pricing methodology, claims process and requirements.
+ Communication: strong ability to open communication and develop peer relations.
+ Problem-solving: defining the problem, generating alternatives, evaluating, and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions.
+ Negotiating: distribution abilities and negotiation skills to drive results towards sales targets.
