Supporting Actions

Planning need based CSR Projects on five sectors of CSR (Education, Health, Sustainable Livelihoods, Village Infrastructure and Social issues).

  • Identifying needs in operational villages in consultation with the villagers
  • Preparing detailed plan based on the need and resource availability in consultation with the stakeholders
  • Obtaining approval

    • Facilitating smooth implementation of CSR Projects

  • Implementing the projects in coordination with villagers and other stakeholders 

    • Monitoring of ongoing interventions

  • Monitoring of the interventions in progress
  • Taking corrective measures wherever required

    • Collaborating with line departments of Govt. and other development agencies

  • Coordinating with Govt. Departments for taking up different developmental programs for synergistic effect.
