What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute agronomic testing and validation activities for products and solutions.
  • Analyze field data and identify key trends using business intelligence tools.
  • Support dealers, customers, and teams by providing agronomic insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to reports and data‑driven analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Help define and improve processes, procedures, and guidelines aligned with internal standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within your area of work.
  • Support budget tracking and highlight variances when needed.
