What you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will carry out Agro operations, yard, maintenance, and driving duties in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while delivering excellent customer service to Co-op employees and customers.


Agro Operations – Yard, Plant & Maintenance (approximately 50%)

  • Provide customer service through in-person, telephone, and written communication.

  • Assist at fertilizer plants (loading/unloading product, spill clean-up, general maintenance).

  • Assist in chemical sheds, including loading/unloading and filling customer orders.

  • Assist in seed sheds and seed treating operations (including Miniota Agro).

  • Load and unload water tanks, fencing materials, livestock equipment, and related products.

  • Perform yard maintenance duties (mowing, weed control, painting, general upkeep).
