Agro Location Manager- Hanna, AB- Westview Co-op

What you’ll do:

• Lead the direction of Talent Management for Team Members in all areas including Performance Management, Talent Development, Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Orientation & Onboarding, and Succession Planning
• Responsible for the overall safe, effective operations of the location.
• Work closely with Team Members to find ways to improve operational results with a strategic focus to ensure long term sustainability of the operation.
• Understand, adhere to, execution of, as well as responsibility for Team Members in the respective operation, of Westview Co-op’s Policies and Procedures is required.
• Assist in preparation and development of the annual budget. Administrative duties including claims, invoices and all other paperwork are done timely, accurately and meet agreed upon timelines.
