Agriculture Equipment Technician (Redvers)

About the Role

As an Agricultural Equipment Technician, you are self‑motivated to perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment while supporting an exceptional customer experience. You work effectively both in field and in shop, building solid relationships with customers, junior technicians, and other location personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and routine maintenance on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Provide high‑quality work with minimal errors.
• Support customers, junior technicians, and team members in a cooperative environment.
• Operate special tools and equipment required for complex repairs.
• Mentor apprentices and share knowledge.
• Work extended hours and weekends as required to meet customer needs.
• Leverage technology to improve productivity and create efficiencies.
