Job Description
The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial reporting and accounting operations for the manufacturing unit. This role ensures the accuracy of financial statements, strict adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and review comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) , ensuring full compliance with Ind AS and established company policies.
Execute all necessary Ind AS adjustments, disclosures, and reconciliations .
TDS, GST, Customs
Good understanding of AP and AR Process P2P/R2R
Good in Communication
MIS(Operational MIS, Variance Analysis ,Budget vs Actual numbers, Revenue , Raw Material Cost , EBITDA, Capex etc
2. Cost and Operational Analysis
Perform detailed variance analysis on key financial metrics related to cost, inventory, and production , providing action...
