Create and implement best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance AOP Goal Setting , Budgeting and Forecasting : Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market Managing operating plans on daily/monthly/annual basis and adhere AOP with cost optimization Plan, organize, direct day to day operations optimaly Maximum capicity unitlization, maintain quality standards and minimize unnecessary costs to improvize productivity & minimising waste through development of a continuous improvement culture Productivity & Performance Analysis of resources & products Cost effective & energy efficient Corrective & Preventive maintenance activity to ensure plant is kept safe and compliant Suppl...
