Join Agilent as a Quality Assurance Training Lead, specializing in developing quality training programs that meet safety and regulatory standards. This full-time role enhances staff competency across BIOVECTRA sites.
You will design and implement training that aligns with Health Canada and FDA regulations, focusing on ongoing effectiveness and compliance in regulated environments. Your role will also involve liaising with department heads to craft training materials and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze training effectiveness and coordinate program execution
• Act as training system representative during inspections
