As an Agile Transformation Lead, your mission will be to be a key driver of the company's organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy, who can help scale the company's processes, culture, and team autonomy.

Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.
Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.
Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.
