Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a Scrum Team in the delivery of complex change initiatives using a variety of Project Delivery Frameworks
  • Ensure solutions adhere to present and future business objectives.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage system development priorities and delivery schedule.

    • Specific Duties

  • Understand and lead all aspects of the scrum team deliverables
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies during the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and Agile practices.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that the Agile team(s) apply best of breed software engineering practices including but not limited to – Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices, unit and regression test ...
