Agile Scrum Master

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to empower our delivery teams and foster a truly agile environment. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader who is passionate about promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and the agile mindset throughout the organization. You will be instrumental in facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring our teams operate independently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Identification:Engage actively with the Product Owner, Business Stakeholders, and the delivery team to gain a deep understanding of business needs.
