Must Haves:


  • Program Manager who is well versed in agile.

  • Will be very heavy data driven - data metrics, data analytics, visualization, must be strong in Data Management.

  • This is a transformational Program Manager

    • Transformation experience will be helpful, having large scale transformation experience over changes to handle business differently/new ways of working is what is needed

    • Change management experience is helpful.



  • More technical than business - having been a Tech PM is preferred, SDLC is not needed, as it is data driven
