Bosch Portugal is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our Digital & Cloud Competence Center in Ovar. You will empower cross‑functional teams delivering SaaS solutions for commercial buildings, driving energy efficiency and smart automation.

You will mentor agile values, remove impediments, and align releases with program objectives across distributed teams. The role requires several years of Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience, strong Scrum fundamentals, SAFe or LeSS
