Job Description
- Extensive knowledge on the Agile processes
- Tracking scrum boards through each phase of project lifecycle
- Work with all the dependent teams - dev, QA, BA and PO teams and prepare execution plan
- Ensure milestones are met and project has gone through all approval gates
- Closely monitor release status & assist team in maintaining information repositories
- Maintain project risk tracker and communicate project risks to management
- Prepare/maintain paperwork for releases- create release till implementation by working with different teams
- Closely work with Sr manager and ensure timely release delivery
- Ensure a balance between team capacity and workload is kept for successful project delivery
- Support app releases & rollout related activities- Responsible for patching, upgrades, pointer changes, firecall updates
