What you will be doing:

  • Enable Agile delivery across multiple product teams

  • Coach teams and leaders through early-stage Agile transformation

  • Adapt Agile frameworks to fit organizational context

  • Support delivery planning, coordination, and execution

  • Partner with senior leaders to improve outcomes and predictability



    • What you must have:

  • Deep experience with enterprise Agile transformations

  • Ability to blend Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other practices 

  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfort working with directors and executive audiences

  • Pragmatic, collaborative approach to Agile delivery



    • Salary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 - $142,000.00
