Agile Coach

We’re seeking an Agile Coach to guide and enable our Engineering teams in delivering value continuously through modern software engineering and lean practices. This is a hands‑on coaching role focused on fostering a culture of collaboration , technical excellence , and continuous improvement .

You’ll work closely with Domain Experts, UX Designers, and Software Engineers to help teams achieve high performance by improving flow, reducing feedback cycles, and increasing alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team events, including daily stand‑ups, iteration planning, retrospectives, and cross‑team alignment sessions, at both team and organizational levels to grow Agile capability across Skillwell.
