Agile Coach

Lithe People is delighted to be working with a renowned global business transformation consultancy on one of their blue-chip assignments in the pharma industry. We are looking to engage a freelance Agile Coach to support our client with their client's ongoing transformation. The end client is based in Paris, and the successful candidate will need to be someone with current authorisation to work unrestricted in France. There is a hybrid onsite commitment, so you will need to be based in the Ile de France region, or be prepared to relocate there for the duration of the contract.

The transformation is on-going, and our client have been involved with it for 18 months. They have an established team in place with a lead. The transformation is at business level rather than pure IT, so recent experience in business agility is required. There are 2 working languages: French and English.
