About The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to drive Agile and Lean‑Agile transformation at scale across teams, programs, and the enterprise. In this role, you will partner with delivery teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed Agile mindset, strengthen execution, and enable sustainable ways of working.
The Agile Coach will operate beyond a single team, guiding large‑scale Agile implementations, mentoring Scrum Masters and leaders, and supporting enterprise agility initiatives such as Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Lean Portfolio Management, and transformation programs.
