LTIMindtree is looking for a dynamic Agile Coach to lead enterprise-wide Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
Experience: 12+ Years
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office
Notice Period: April Joiners Only
Role & Responsibilities
Partner with the Pre-Sales team to provide Agile solutioning for RFPs
Drive Agile transformation strategies across Industry Groups
Define end-state deliverables, pilot rollouts & coaching engagement plans
Influence leadership and management teams to adopt Agile principles, practices & tools
Track and report progress of Agile transformation across client engagements
Contribute to the advancement of Agile practices within the organization
