Job Title – Agentic DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced CoPilot Studio Agentic Developer to join our team as a Level 3 (L3) Support Resource, responsible for handling advanced incidents, service requests, and escalations related to Microsoft Copilot Studio-based agentic solutions. The candidate will serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and continuously enhance agentic solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
