Agency Strategy & Programs Lead

Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking a seasoned professional to coordinate stakeholder initiatives, manage Agency Development programs, and support MDRT engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing materials, events, and recognition activities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, has at least five years of life insurance experience, and demonstrates excellent communication and project management skills.
