Agency Project Manager (Pod Lead) – ClickUp Power User Required
We are a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a high-level Project Manager to manage client fulfillment inside a dedicated POD.
This is not a beginner role.
This is not a VA role.
This is not a follow instructions role.
This is an ownership role.
You will be the operational glue between:
• Copywriters
• Graphic Designers
• Funnel Builders
• Media Buyers
• Account Managers
• Tech team
You are responsible for making sure client work moves — on time, every time.
Your Core Responsibility
You will manage all tasks inside ClickUp for your assigned POD.
That means:
• Creating tasks
• Structuring workflows
• Assigning responsibilities
• Setting deadlines
• Moving tasks through statuses
• Ensuring nothing gets stuck
• Following up when needed
• Routing deliverables to the next team member
You do not wait to be told what to do.
You drive execution.
