Interview Coordination : Responsibility for coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling. Experience with ORACLE - HIRING Module : This would be an added advantage. ATS Platforms : Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). TA Compliance : Ensuring compliance with TA processes such as psychometric assessments, pre-employment medical tests, background verification, and reference checks. Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate with candidates. Compensation and Benefits : Understanding of C&B to offer the best value propositions to candidates. Adaptability and Outcome Orientation : Ability to tackle challenges and focus on outcomes.
